Mission Valley Aquatics is a Lake County based not for profit organization committed to raising money to design and construct an indoor swimming facility for the Mission Valley Community with capital financing by donations and operated by a combination of User Fees and funds from the creation of a Recreation District.. Our vision is to provide a state-of-the-art aquatics facility that enhances the health, fitness, safety, recreation, and quality of life for all in the Mission Valley.

I enjoy both traditional forms of painting and less traditional forms of art: abstract, expressive and non-representational. My specialty is richly textured painting surfaces, and warm, earth-inspired colors. Many of my paintings require twenty to thirty individual glazes of pigment in order to obtain the luminosity and emotional impact that I seek.

Jim and I have lived here in Montana for almost thirty years after living in Ohio, Wisconsin and Oregon and originally being from the lake country of Minnesota. We love the western lifestyle that we have here and of course our horses are a very important part of that. Jim grew up with horses and learned to ride on the work horses as a young child and then got his own horse as a teen. I remember my grandfathers work team and to me they were the most beautiful animals in the whole world.

The broad, sweeping Mission Valley south of Polson is bordered by the rugged, snow-capped Mission Mountains. The Flathead River that flows from Polson features whitewater rafting and Kerr Dam. The National Bison Range at Moiese just south of Ronan Montana with its large herds of bison, elk, deer, antelope and barn sheep is nearby, as well as the Ninepipes and Pablo Wildlife Refuges for bird watchers.

Polson Montana become an attraction in the summer time when temperatures range from 80 to 95 degrees. All of Northwest Montana comes alive during the spring. In July Polson plays host to the Flathead Lake Hoopfest and then in August hosts the largest Car Show in the Pacific Northwest. The Mission Valley Cruisers boast 500 hotrods, custom and classic that line the streets of Polson Montana

Lake County is a county located in the state of Montana. As of 2000, the population is 26,507. Its County Seat is Polson. Much of Lake County Montana resides within the boundaries of the Flathead Indian Reservation. From the County Seat of Polson Montana, the Mission Mountain Range borders Lake County to the east, Flathead Lake to the North, the Mission Valley to the south and Irvine Flats to the west.
